AllWays Health Partners Names New SVP of Sales

January 10, 2022 (SOMERVILLE, MA) – AllWays Health Partners (AllWays) announced today that it has promoted Jennifer St. Thomas, a sales executive with more than 20 years of commercial experience in health care, to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales, effective January 3.  Her role will include ensuring that customers remain at the center of the value-based care model advanced by AllWays and Mass General Brigham.

The Senior Vice President of Sales focuses on accelerating growth while integrating solutions and products to meet customer needs.  Specific responsibilities include providing leadership on key commercial accounts, and continuing to support the broker community.  The Senior Vice President of Sales also manages and represents AllWays with key external partners and relationships, including trade and industry-specific organizations.

St. Thomas joined AllWays in 2017 as Vice President of New Business Sales and led the successful development, implementation and ongoing management of its sales strategies and plans for new client acquisition.  Prior to joining AllWays, she was Director of Commercial Contracting at Tufts Health Plan, where she was responsible for network performance management and expanding value-based contracts. St. Thomas is a regular volunteer in the community and serves on the New England board and chairs the growth committee of the March of Dimes.  She also actively supports the Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Partnership.

“Jennifer’s experience makes her ideally suited to help advance our value-based care strategy with Mass General Brigham,” said Steven Tringale, President, AllWays Health Partners.  “She will maintain her focus on creating an exceptional experience for customers as we implement additional value-based products and programs that hold down costs and improve health outcomes.”

“I’m excited to be part of an integrated health care system that is advancing provider-payer collaboration in order to hold down costs while improving the customer experience,” said Jennifer St. Thomas, Senior Vice President of Sales.  “I look forward to the opportunity to help develop innovative, customer-centered programs made possible by this unique, value-based collaboration.”

Mass General Brigham's value-based care strategy enables health care services to be delivered in the most appropriate, cost-effective, and convenient setting, whether it is in a physician's office, an academic medical center, a community-based provider, in front of a computer, or on a mobile phone.  Value-based initiatives already launched include “Allies,” a network product developed by AllWays and Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and “Down Syndrome Clinic to You,” an automated program, developed by Massachusetts General Hospital and MassGeneral Hospital for Children, to connect families and physicians with personalized information and guidance.

A graduate of Bowdoin College and resident of Wellesley, St. Thomas succeeds Vincent Capozzi, who is retiring after more than 37 years in the health insurance business. Vincent’s contributions to AllWays Health Partners were critical to its evolution and growth in the commercial market.
